Applicants must be at least 18 years old, be available 24-40 hours per week for a 2 month commitment for most internships, have reliable transportation, and be able to attend all trainings, orientations, and meetings related to their role.

Fulfilling an Animal Care Internship with Luvin Arms Animal Sanctuary will give you the unique opportunity to learn from and interact with our residents at the sanctuary, gain knowledge of farmed animals and their behaviors and needs, and learn the basics of running a sanctuary. You will work with like-minded individuals to help farmed animals in need while gaining valuable professional and personal experience. Your responsibilities will primarily be in the areas of animal feeding and watering, contributing to sanctuary security, and assisting with animal health care.

The education and outreach internship is a great opportunity for people who are passionate about speaking out for farmed animals. The mission in this department is to connect our community through compassionate education and inspiration for the sake of all farmed animals. We accomplish this through organizing programs, events and other outreach opportunities for anyone interested in learning how to become an active player in caring for our health, our environment, and the animals.
